Lessons Learned | Lesson #0

By browsing on one of NASA’s technical websites, I found a super interesting database of “lessons learned“, which is the very last step of every successful project management process (Plan, Execute, Close, Learn). It’s been a very interesting couple of hours reading them and discovering what NASA engineers found that went wrong in so many cases, how they fixed it and how the current process could be improved (with specific instructions on how¬†to do it) so it doesn’t happen again, as well as things that went great and how to keep ’em that way.

I’ll try posting my own lessons learned as they come, just as a personal reference and maybe to share some knowledge with the casual reader.
